You will learn to prepare a Larb Moo (A spicy Thai pork salad), the famous Tom Yam Kung (Hot and sour prawn soup), Phad Thai (Thai fried noodles), Kaeng Ka-Ree Kai (Yellow chicken curry) and a delicious Paneang Nua (Coconut Beef Curry).
Day 2
Visit to a moning market, buy ingredients and cook
Visit in the morning a local market and learn more about the fresh ingredients for real Thai food. The menu you learn to cook today includes a Tom Khaa Kai (Coconut and galangal soup), Phad Phrik Khing Moo/Kai (Savoury stir-fried pork or chicken with long beans a unique Kaeng Kai Sai Normai (Chicken in red curry with bamboo shoots) and a delicious Kaeng Kheo Waan Neua (Green Beef Curry).
