All services have to be booked through our Bangkok office.
Confirmations
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return. In case immediate confirmation cannot be made, information about the booking status will be advised.
Rates
All rates are quoted nett. (including 7% VAT) to Travel Agents in Thai Baht, US Dollars or Euros at current rates of exchange. Invoices will show VAT separately. The invoiced amount plus VAT will be equal to nett rates as quoted. Taxes such as VAT, airport taxes or maintenance fees, as well as rates of exchange are subject to change. Every effort will be made to give advance notice of any alteration.
Child policy
Children between 2-11.99 years old are entitled to a discount rate for transfers, excursions and package tours as follows (maximum of two children per party (family) is granted for such discounts) :
- Transfers: A child is granted 50% discount from the rate applicable for the total number of adults booked.
- Excursions: In general, a child is granted 50% discount from the rate applicable for the total number of adults booked. Some excursions may have a different percentage discount. The exact child rate is shown in the excursion price list.
- Escorted Tour: On tours which include hotel accommodation, the child can stay as third person in a room and will be charged as an adult in a triple room. In this case an extra bed (maximum 1 extra bed per room) will be automatically provided. The chargeable rates are based on the total number of that party including adults and child.

1 Adult + 2 Children are considered as 1x DBL + Extra Bed
2 Adults + 2 Children are considered as 2 x DBL
Compulsory meals
Most hotels organise special gala dinners which are compulsory for all guests on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and sometimes also on Chinese and Thai New Year as well as during other festive occasions. These dinners must be paid for - they are a compulsory charge, regardless of whether the client wants the dinner or not. Any clients staying at the hotel during these specific days will automatically be charged, no refund will be given. If the hotel announces its rates for the compulsory dinners at a later time, the clients have to pay for the compulsory dinner(s) directly to the hotel on the spot. Prices for compulsory gala dinners are listed in separate columns. Our rates for compulsory gala dinners are net and no further discounts apply.
Payment
Full prepayment by bank transfer is required two weeks before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients.

Cancellation
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred.
Cancellation & No Show Charges Policy of Regular Package Tours (Thailand):
Between 21 days and 15 days prior to departure : 10% of package price
Between 14 days and 8 days prior to departure : 30% of package price
Between 7 days and 2 days prior to departure : 50% of package price
1 day prior to departure or no show : 100% of package price
Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 4 weeks before departure of the tour.

Liability
Certain parts of our services are provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices operating independently. Travel Center Asia Ltd. is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists themselves. Programmes, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.
